i found what i can do with right now from your suggestion
it will be a HID : POB (Power On Board HID Spotlight), i know its big but what i read here on CPF, its awesome!!

just need to find the china manufacturer so that i can order directly from our neighbours and save some mulah

They don't make it anymore so I don't think that is going to work. I got mine from ebay for $45 if I remember right. It is definitely the best buy in the flashlight world as far as lumens per dollar.
