Exceeding voltage rating at the charge controller may break it. Cooler temperatures and certain kinds of cloud events can boost voltage beyond panel rating.

ok next topic lol ok still working on my solar system my max wattage for my charg controller is 520 watts. im thinking of doing 6 100 watts panels im asumming i wont get perfect sun and never get 600 watts . see any issues?

ALWAYS build some safety margin into any generation system. No exceptions.

lol not me im way to ocd.. ive been monitoring my system all day most im geting is 450 watts. . if i get over 475 ill remove on panel today im runing my ac unit on solar . with a few watts to spare but as it gets hotter my ac discharge presure will go up requiring more watts to run. but i hope ill get more sun then. . i have another charge controler but some websites say i can run them in parelel to same battery bank but some web sites say i cant lol

will also run my fridge hvac will be very close i think if i keep it above 70 degrees ill be fine
