Where to buy PCBs for Li-Ion packs?

I need some protection circuits - since I'm building some battery packs with Li-Ions.
I've seen some good ones at Batteryspace.com, but the mandatory UPS shipping is ten times the price of the item.
Anyone, or any CPF dealer can sell these PCBs, and ship them normally?

I simulated an order, and the only shipping option is Global Express, for $ 30.
I may have to make a more substantial order to recover from shipping.

If you e-mail all-battery.com, they can ship it in a $5.25 FLAT RATE ENVELOPE.

they did for me when i complained about the shipping price.
