I'm not the biggest fan of AAA lights but just noticed the new Balder TD-0 XP-G R5 is out now with 140 lumen high on std alkalines or Eneloops, and 252 lumens on a 10440 and H-M-L (no discos) twisty UI. A little costly at around $26 but output looks like its one of the brighter AAA lights currently available.
