Once I get my NS I'll be sure to get a photo somewhere fun.

Well, finally we had a very nice sunny day this sunday and I could take a few pictures of one of my little raw buddies. I took that little bugger on a hike and shot it on a few locations. Unfortunately I am not that skilled in taking pictures since I just have small digicam but some of those shots turned out nice.
The first three pictures show an Orb Raw with one of three a few hundred years old halftimbered houses that were built on a bridge in the town where I live (Bad Kreuznach). They became the landmark of our town.
The next four pictures show the same Raw at an old castle (Altenbaumburg), today half ruin half restaurant. Unfortunatelly I wasn´t able to shoot the Raw with the whole castle in the background.
And finally four shots I took during the hike that could be anywhere in the world (well, maybe not in antarctica):

Oh noo, no beaches please :laughing: I have to drive at least 550km to get to a beach. The waves look great! I hope that weekend was a nice one!
This morning I took my digicam and a RAW with me to work. There is another castle "Castle Klopp" just two minutes away (by foot). It is located in "Bingen am Rhein" and has a stunning view on the Rhein.
The last picture shows the Raw on one of those tourist-telescopes and has the Rhein in the background. You can´t see it because the focus is on the Raw but there is another castle (Ehrenfels) on the other side of the Rhein and a well known tower (Mäuseturm) that has a nice legend.
The next picture was taken at castle klopp as well, but it is just in a gap of it´s outer wall.
And last but not least my bosses dog who insisted to be included in this thread and since I can´t afford any fleshwounds here he comes:

Here's my guy in Sydney Harbor, 9000 or so miles from home. Opera House and Harbour Bridge behind. Sorry if the little fellow is a little beat up looking: he's been around the world with me five or six times.

I'll get some outside shots when things green up a little.
But for now, here's my new Raw next to, and in (part-ways, about 1/2" sticks out) its new home. Made this so I could carry it on my belt, don't want to get it all scratched up with my keys, change, etc. if it can be helped.
