Hello all.

Well i purchased my first Fenix and i have a question. My purchas in ebay was for a Fenix PD30R2, when i got my flashlight today it was actually a Fenix PD32. I double checked on amazon to confirm my actual purchase. The PD 32 is actually $10 more than what i actually paid which leads me to believe i got a better deal. Should i return for the pd 30 r2 or keep the PD32. Just took my CHL class and i believe its a good idea to have one as an EDC / Selfe Defense / Deterrent tool. Thoughts suggestions?

The PD30's are probably becoming fairly scarce. They haven't produced them in a while IIRC. So they probably sent you the PD32 at PD30 price. Seems like a good deal to me unless you don't like the UI.

I'd say you made out. I have the PD32 and have learned to love it. As dam294 mentioned, it's a matter of the UI. I didn't like it at first; was a cool idea on paper, but locating the mode button takes extra effort, not much.
