I just got a 1x123 light that has a NG750 converter with TXIJ LED. The question is, can I use this head with a 3.7v LiIon battery?

I looked up the NG750 on Sandwich Shop site and didn't learn much, largely because I don't understand the numbers given as specs.:huh2:

It should be fine. The LED will initially be driven at over 750 mA, but as the Li-ion cell voltage fall, the circuit will be back in regulation.

Way to go on that link Sigman!

I have three of the NexGen 750s (TW0J) and I'm using AW's 14270 un-protected Li-Ion with no problems.

Enjoy!
