Aspherical 2C mag progress thread

The GD500 and AA is on its way,
Today I made the bezel/optic assembly and .6"x1" solid copper heatsink

Here's some shots of the bezel:

Oh, and did I mention the aspherical lens is completely behind the flat lens?

Now I have to wait until another cree GB goes through to finish :huh:

What's the focal lenght of your aspherical lens (and diameter)? And why would you have a UCL in the path of your other lens?

PS I have Cree's if you want one.

I put the aspherical behind a UCL so that is would be watertight and stay within the traditional mag format, protected from the elements

its a 30mm focal length i beleive
