Tenergy T9688 - worth it or not?

I haven't seen anything on CPF about this model which is currently listed on Amazon for $33 + shippping.

I'm looking for a universal charger because I use Ni-MH cells (AA, AAA, and C) and my old Vanson BC-2HU died.

From the specs it would seem this is a slightly better charger than the BC1HU. Is it??
