Hello, I purchased a hobby charger to charge my li-ion 18650 and 14500 batteries and can set the rate at which they charge, .1 amps, .2 amps, .3 amps, etc. What is the optimal charge rate for each size? Also, when should they be recharged, when the volts discharge to ____? Have both protected and unprotected batteries. thanks
