I was looking for high capacity C and D NiMH cells and found on the thomas distributing site the Maha/Powerex cells with 5Ah and 11Ah. This sounds very promising. I wanted to check some technical date (e.g. internal resistance), but the MahaEnergy site doesn't list them! Is it possible, that they don't have their own highest capacity on their web site? Or is the Thomas offer a fake?

Thank you for the links! The 9AH for D cells are definitely sufficient for me. But I'm also planning to drive a 5W with a 2C Maglite, which would result in something between 2 and 3 amps. I would definitely like to have the 5Ah, to get a runtime around 1.5h.
