Hi,

This is a dive light forum, but most of the people that you see here often make their lights themself or modify existing lights. This may explain the lack of reactions.
You may have more success on local dive related fora (don't know where you're from so can't make suggestions).

I don't have a proper underwater camera so don't need a video light.
