Anyone had problems with Nextorch Rechargibles NTR123A's?

Hi.

I bought some Nextorch Rechargibles NTR123A's. and found that they had no charge when received.

Is this something that these batteries are known for?

they got "NTR123A" and "NTR123A set", only the set comes with a direct charge.

I have NexTorch 18650 and 123A's. I just have two of each which isn't much of a sample but I've had no problems with them.

Anyone had problems with Nextorch Rechargibles NTR123A's?
