Could you recommend me a nite core or other model of flash light

is there any nitecore flash light with built in micro USB port which can be turned on while it is getting charge from a USB power bank that we usually use to charge our smart phones/tablets?

Nitecore MH10 and MH12. Dont know if they can be turned on while charging and I doubt that they can but those are your 2 USB rechargeable Nitecores
