Dear all,

I'm trying to find something similar to this one but with ore lumens and removable battery
*link removed

I search the forum but didn't manage to find any recent request for "Portable-Work-Light" (most answer were on Torch lamp)

I allready have two:
- 1st one doesn't provide enough light (600lm) but battery can be replaced (6x 18650 battery)
- second one is two time bigger, provide far more light (1600 lm) in a verywide beam, but battery can't be replaced and it needs to be reloaded before any use (even if i don't use it, battery will be empty within a week :thumbsdow)
so i'm trying to find a mix of these two one (battery replacement + lots of lumens)

I mainly use it to take video or photo of wide underground area (i have several other lamp for progression purpose or smaller area)
I put it in my backpack when not in use and attach it in front of me when I'm walking

Thanks in advance for any advice

1) How would you prefer to purchase the light?

Online

2) Budget:

Up to $100( 200 if very good quality).

3) Format:

____I want a Portable-Work-Light

4) Size: doesn't really matter till it fits in my backpack

____MEDIUM - Holster/belt ring carry. (>7 inches)
____LARGE - Big enough to need its own travel case.

5) Emitter/Light source:

____LED (known for efficiency, longevity, and compactness)

7) What power source do you want to use?

____Bunch of 18650 (mainly to facilitate battery replacement) or at least a removable battery (so I could buy a 2nd one)

8) How much genuine out the front (OTF) light do you want/need?

____Maximum possible, at least 1600 lm as th eon I have already satisfy me

9) Flood vs Throw:

____All Flood: I'm lighting wide underground area, some of them may reach 20 meter high and hundred meter large or long

9a) Distance:
____50-150 yards/meters (I live in a very rural area/farm with wide open spaces)
____150+ yards (I am searching from a helicopter)

10) Runtime:

____30-60 minutes (I have plenty of batteries just ready to be changed)
____90-120 minutes (Runtime is moderately important, but still not critical)

11) Durability/Usage:

____Slightly Important (Walks around the neighborhood).

13) User Interface (UI) and mode selection. Select all that apply.

____A simple on-off with only one output level is fine for me.
____I want 2 light levels. (Brighter/short runtime and Dimmer/long runtime.)

15) Water resistance

____None needed
____IPX4 (Splash resistant)

many manufacturers have battery pack powered hand tools. Brands such as Milwaukee, makita, or Ryobi did you look at their lighting offerings?

The Ryobi ONE+ 18-Volt Dual Power 20-Watt LED Work Light is rated at 1800 lumens.
