Tool Box Light: Okay to Store with 18500 Cells?

I picked up a M91BW with a MD3 body to use as a general purpose light. Is there any reason I shouldn't store it in the box with freshly charged Efest 18500 protected cells? I also have some Efest IMR 18500 cells if those might be more stable....
