On the Scorpion, are the reflector and lens cover user-replaceable? If so, are they two seperate parts? How would one go about getting the reflector and lens out of the head?

It does'nt appear to be one piece, but it's not clear how it comes apart! I would not call it user-replaceable!

I believe the pieces are press-fit together. Streamlight won't sell parts to the general public. Do a google search for streamlight parts, as there are several Streamlight distributors that will sell parts only.

I'm not sure how it's attached but I just e-mailed them about replacing my distorted lenses and they answered:
"Actually the entire Scorpion, except for the lamp and batteries, is warranted for life. I will send you two Scorpion lenses...."
I guess I'll learn the answer very shortly.

I'm very curious as to how it describes how to replace the lens.
