JetBeam M1X - best bang for the MC-E buck?

Ooops. Wasn't aware of size limitations on the pictures. I edited my previous post and removed the pics. Thanks for the heads up.

some good double 18650 battery lights

+1. I power my M1X currently with two 18500's, but I do have the extender so I can use two 18650's if I want. Presently I don't see the need for it though.

JetBeam M1X - best bang for the MC-E buck?

I love the Jetbeam M1X. Great build quality, great thrower, and very easy to use.

    M1X OD

You are correct. You can also use two 18500's if you would like without the need for the tube extender which is what I will be doing.

OD Green Jetbeam M1X mini review & first look with pics & vid

I received my OD Green M1X today in the mail (thanks GoingGear!). When I originally ordered this light, I was under the impression that I would be getting the normal charcoal colored light. I was informed a few days ago that Jetbeam had just shipped out new M1X's, but only in OD Green. I...

What kind of warranty do Fenix lights carry?

That second link pretty much tells me exactly what I need to know and confirms exactly what the dealer was wanting me to do. Thanks!

    M1X OD

Looking forward to my OD Green M1X :twothumbs As the OP pointed out, Jetbeam is now making the M1X in OD green. Mine should be here any time now. I also had the same issue with the OD green battery tube extender not being available. That said, I will be running mine off of 2x18500's, so I am...

What kind of warranty do Fenix lights carry?

I guess the question now would be, how then do I take Fenix up on their warranty? I googled Fenix, and the first hit I got back was the Fenix Store, which I don't believe is Fenix themselves, just one of their main distributors/vendors. Just curious how I would contact Fenix directly to...

What kind of warranty do Fenix lights carry?

I own a bevy of Fenix lights as my signature indicates. The very first "real" flashlight I purchased after discovering this forum sas the Fenix LD20. Great light. I haven't used it much, but three times within the past few weeks I have been using it and switching between modes and it just...

My Extreme Fenix TK40 Torture Test.

I agree. I took mine out the other evening while walking my dog. We have a very large cornfield that runs up to our neighborhood. I made sure to get away from any light pollution from the neighborhood and then turned that sucker on. I was amazed at how bright the light was. Not only did it...

    Best “impress your friends” light?

TK40 or the Jetbeam M1X for me. Either one is like having your cars high beams in your pocket :twothumbs

Need help picking another hand cannon...

Love this light. Took it out last night while walking my dog. There is a cornfield a few blocks away that runs up to our neighborhood. I had been dying to use this thing at full force, which I hadn't been able to do in the neighborhood for fear of upsetting people or just feeling plain weird...

Need help picking another hand cannon...

Well, that's a little too big and too much, lol. To use an analogy, I was asking for a nice machine gun, and you sent me a howitzer, lol. Thanks though for the link. To be more specific, I am looking for something in the line of the TK40, M1X, etc. Something around 600+ lumens, and not too big.
