    FWIW my emitter is also off center. I'd wonder if there isn't a temporary fixture used to align it before it gets soldered. It hasn't bothered me (until it was mentioned!) because at the end of the day I'm neither inspecting the beam pattern nor the light itself when I use it.

    Will the Surefire F04 Diffuser fit the RA Clicky?

    I measured my Clicky's AlTiN SS bezel with a ruler and not calipers to be about 24.75mm in diameter. Although my F04 doesn't fit loosely, it could be more snug.     HDS Clicky Screw Holes

    I use a Dremel cut-off wheel to shorten some hex-socket 4-40 x 1/2" stainless steel screws to the needed 3/16". The heat from cutting yellows the silver color but I like it; using a butane torch lighter darkens them one shade.
