    since it's while parked, try putting the parking brake on , some vehicles it works. others you have to shut it off and restart it with the parking brake on.and it stays off as long as the brake is on.

    I'm looking for some small push button switches that will fit in a 'c' size battery tube, with enough capacity to handle a wa1185 bulb . It's to replace an older stream light switch and needs to be smallenough to slide down tube. any sources?

    I want to mod my old streamlight 5D light

    I have an old 4c streamlight[ 20 year old] I really like, put an R.O.P. bulb in it. The bulb holder and reflector were metal already just have to figure out how to change the lense, it hasn't melted yet though, using 2 c li-ons to drive it, I couldn't get enough sub c's in it . yours would hold...

    Looking for ideas on how to make kitchen counter lights?

    I used an old tracklight track [about 3/4 thick] upside down, for heatsink and ran wires and resistor inside used appropiate wall transformer. I cut aluminum track to lenth with carbide skillsaw blade. epoxied 3 k2's to it. lots of light.
