    quark mini AA & CR123 users thread

    Received my Mini AA today and couldnt be more happy. Great little light with a very nice UI. The tint seems fine, tried a white wall test and to my untrained eyes the light is pure white and didn't seem to have any kind of blue or green tint. Thank you 4sevens for such a sweet little light!

    Is this correct about 14500 batteries?

    I didn't know you should not keep them fully charged! Whats the point in having batteries ready if you cant keep them fully charged? Seems a bit silly to me. At first i thought li-ion batteries would be a great idea but the more i read about them i.e not storing at full charge and they shouldn't...

    AA for me, only a bit bigger than an AAA and a lot more power. CR123 is just a bit fat for my jeans pockets

    hi, Just brought a Quark Mini AA and need some rechargable AA's. I want to get some Eneloops becuase ive read they are brighter and last longer than Alkalines, but can i totally drain Eneloops and recharge them or do they have a protection on like my AW 186500 that im not supposed to drain...

    Ok so the Fenix using AAA batteries will throw farther than the Mini AA using normal Lithium batteries. But if i put a 14500 into the Mini AA would that beat the Fenix's throw?? thanks

    hi, I'm about to purchase a Fenix LD01 and need some good rechargeable AAA batteries and a good charger. The batteries i can source easily are GP 1000 NiMH AAA, Duracell Supreme AAA and Energizer Ultimate Lithium AAA. Is there a big difference between these or will either of these do? And...

    can i get the IlluminaTi titanium AAA in the UK?

    hi, Ive been looking for a small flashlight i can carry on my keys. I did have my eyes on a ITP A3 EOS Titanium but have since learned about the IlluminaTi titanium and was wondering if they are avalable in the UK? thank you and merry christmas!
