Leaving flashlights with batteries in the car in the summer

Long term storage (car glove compartment) battery question Ok so I have a Fenix E35UE and im planning on useing it in my car, leave it in the glove compartment until I need it. My question is, is it better to store it with an 18650 battery in it or 2 CR123 Primaries?

    Streamlights and rechargable batteries

I am confused now, what is the difference in a 17670, 16650 and an 18650? Please forgive my ignorance I am new to all these numbered batteries I am used to AAs and AAAs. If it helps the Streamlight in question is a new Protac 2L.

    Streamlights and rechargable batteries

I have several Streamlights and they say not to run RCR123s or 14500s in them. My question is has anyone run these in their Streamlights? If so any ill affects or do they run fine?

Any thoughts on the Olight TC10 &15 Transformer? Leon, the light doesn't have to be a clicky but it is preferred, I use momentary a lot
