Thanks, Burgess. Good to know. Never tried it with a lithium cell.

    Fenix E01 Older Model

My experience for output & runtime was about the same, with rechargeable NiMH cells. Great little light. I don’t mind the bluish tint, but a more neutral tint would be a fantastic option for the E01. Wish they’d reintroduce the potted version E01 with a neutral tint option.

THE DESSERT THREAD! Ice Cream, Milk Shakes, Cake, Pies, Pudding, Doughnuts and Candy!

Hard to beat a good homemade pecan pie and sweet potato pie like my great aunt used to make. Add a good cup of coffee and it’s heavenly.

It’s big enough to roll around in with plenty of leg room to not feel claustrophobic. I don’t mind the extra inches of length at the...

    Sleeping bag options?

Infernl, The Wiggy’s “Ultralight” and “Superlight” bags are great for anything short of truly arctic conditions (although he makes heavier bags for arctic climes). The Ultralight is slightly lighter in weight than the Superlight. It’s amazing how the material in all of his bags retains your...

    Sleeping bag options?

Guys, check out Wiggy’s sleeping bags. Washable, all synthetic with lifetime warranty. They are not sold in stores, no advertising and sold only direct from him at his factory in Grand Junction, CO. He has a great website and often runs special sales. Just read some reviews from customers on the...

Replacment lens for my old TK61

Cool story. Good looking light, too. I wish I had picked up one of those. I imagine it's possible to find a ready-made lense of the right dimension. I bet someone will chime in soon with the right info.
