    The 3 cells will power the lamp assemblies just fine, buy 18mm cells won't fit, you will need to use 17mm cells. ;) When I was first using this combo, if the cells were hot from the charger, I would stick each one in my L4 fo rabout 45 - 60 secs just as a precaution to take the edge off the...

    Thanks Al, that clears it up, I was more than a little confused. I wonder if anyone has a non lockout tailcap that they might want to part with, or perhaps swap for a lock out one....

    I little while back I bought a sealed in bag Z21 from a friend on another forum. When I went to try it out, the batteries in my 9P rattled about loosely, and the light didn't come on. Upon inspection, there is no spring in the tailcap, only a sort of rubber cup. I would have imagined it...

    That looks pretty normal to me. Don't worry more about other beamshots looking whiter, thats most likely due to the "white balance" setting on the camera. ;)

    I use 3 x 168S in my M4 with 2 x A19 with no problems. If Im fitting the batteries red hot from the charger I will usually run each of them in my L4 for about a minute to take the edge off them. I dont know if this makes any difference apart from in my head. :D

    Experience with P91 high output

    Here is a copy of a post I did with beamshots on BB that may be of use. :D I think its unfair to say the P91 doesn't throw further than the P90 :O
