If I'm reading description correctly on zebras site you can't program m2 over 100 lumens... and that is my problem here.. m1 with 100 something lumens is not enough for me. I use mostly 250 and 500lm modes on my wizard while working and switch between those quite lot but you can't use these...

Please NO timer stepdowns.. I hate that! I don't have any experience about your active thermal managment but that sounds good to me..
I want my flashlight stays hi when I use it in places where light can cool down itself... Like in the woods at cold winter night...

yeah.. I use lot of all modes and can live with the UI but if the switch only could be like two way "swing" clicky.. that would solve my tiny problem with it.. after all I like the light because it´s so small and powerful.. just not perfect :)
