Does it? i'm not convinced so easily.
You have both I assume from your statement,so are they similar?
We need a WT1 V CL1H shoot out,or have I missed that somewhere?

My WT1 easily out throws the Q5 WC SMO Dereelight dropin.

Is there a thread for beam shots of all of these lights mentioned? And not just paint-dryers but actual outdoor shots with recognizable items.

That would include the DBS, CL1H, WT1, M1-R, and other "big led throwers"

Thanks,
RC

does dropin mean it's not in the CL1H v3 body? if so, it's really not a comparison. If you droped it in to the CL1H body w/ and older pill, then I'm surprised. I would expect the WT1 to throw further, but the difference would be too little to be visible (~1,000 lux).

Its a P60 deerelight smo 1sm module in a 6P.
The difference is very noticable, at 235ft the hot spot of the WT1 is much much brighter.

Whew!!! That was close!! Thought that I'd have to buy the Regalight WT1, but by the looks of it, I'll be able to limp along just fine with the Dereelight CL1H that tracking just told me has "BEEN RELEASED FROM CUSTOMS" which means that I should get it in my sweaty hands by the weekend and if the Lord's willing and the Devil don't object and my Night Ops carbon fibre holster arrives this week, (and the CL1H fits it) I'll have it on my belt (when it isn't apart being admired and fondled.)

Anybody used one of those Night Ops holsters? They look nice, bezel down carry and high hip looks to clear the flashlight from chair arms and the like, plus apparently it can be raked fwd.

Regards,
Pat

ernsanada,

Impressive photos and thank you for your contribution. I am definitely impressed by the first photo, the Dereelight CL1H V3.0 DI WH R2 SMO 18650, as well as Fenix's T1. Wow... both put out a tremendous amount of light both spot and spill.

I'd like to ask you if you have a Fenix P2D or a P3D (Rebel or Q5) if you could edit the post and put a "reference shot" as well on Turbo. I have a P2D Rebel 100 and I'd like to see the difference.

Great shots! Thank you...

I edited in the Fenix P3D Rebel 100 @ 32'.

I don't have the Fenix P3D Q5.

Very nice. I'm pleased as punch with my CL1H and from your shots, it's easy to see why.

Thanks for posting the P3D. That gives me a more clear perception of what real-life look like with those lights.

Thanks...
