The Dewalt web page for their new 1AA Cree flashlight says it has no warranty! Hope that is an error.

I actually handled the 1AAT at a certain flashlight vendor today. It actually isnt that bad and I would say the 66 lumens is pretty accurate though it was in an office lit environment it was somewhere between 45-60 lumens by bare eye judgement. Quality was pretty good but the anodizing looked more like paint to me. Had a good "heft" to it and seemed pretty heavy duty .It caught my eye because the head looks kinda like a McGizmo Mule head but there is a reflector in there. I dont know what the cost is gonna be but if it's somewhere between $15-$30 it would be well worth it,. It is definitley a Cree in there for sure. Tailswitch felt pretty solid also.

There is a video showcasing the new Cree Dewalt flashlights on youtube.com here.

It looks like an advertising video and shows the new lights being dropped, run over by a truck, etc.

$39.99 at Sears.
Look to be what the magLED range should have been.

How much is the 3D version selling for? It looks like a pretty decent light depending on the price.

:bump: Bumping this thread to solicit any new user comments about the DeWalt 1AA Cree flashlights. Anyone own this light yet?
