10 Million candle power spotlights

Ive searched around and has anyone seen the roadpro 10 million CP sotlight? Looks the same as the THOR. Is there any difference? I want to get one but definitely want to buy the better one. Heres two different websites they are on for your reference:

They are the same light. See thread on Costco 10MCP, even cheaper.
