Sweeper light

After weeks of searching, we have just purchased a new vacuum
cleaner. It really sucks; much better than our old one.

Problem is the light that came with it. It only lights an area of about
two feet directly in front of, and six inches to the side of where one is
vacuuming. I would like to add a second light that will provide better
coverage. I am a fast sweeper and often will push the unit faster than the
light can shine on the area being swept.

My tentative choices so far are the Surefire L1, the Streamlight Poly-Pro
4A, or an EverReady 2A lantern I bought at the dollar store.
I'd like to mount
the light down low; but am not sure how. My wife says masking tape is not
an option since the vacuum is new.
Can you help me select a light under two hundred dollars and a mounting method that doesn't involve tape or baling wire?
