Just received this little beauty from Lumapower, shipping took only 2 weekdays (was shipped on a Friday, and I got it on the Monday after). This is a WARY nice product, only made in limited numbers (100 total, only 60 for sale), and the bodymetrial is made of Brass as raw material and coated with Nickle. This little beauty weighs 222g without battery, and 240g with protected R123A battery from AW, wary nice to hold in hand, you can feal the raw material, i think the weight is wary good, not to light, and not to heavy.

You can get this directly from Lumapower here:

This is not a real review, I will simply let the pictures do the talking/writing, if you want more details, the user ernsanda have made a great review for the D-Mini here:
http://candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?t=145874
Go and tjeck that out, the D-Mini has the same internals as the LP-Mini, it is the body meterial that separates those two.

Here the little beuity is, enjoy :).

[font=&quot]Update: For those who are interrested in a 2-Stage clicky for the D-Mini/LP-Mini, I found that the 2-Stage clicky for the M1 XR-E which cost $7, works wary well with LP-Mini and AW's 3.7v R123A Li-Ion batteries.

Here are some pics.

Re: Lumapower LP-Mini XR-E Special Edition - Mini Review (Many Pictures)

[font=&quot]Just got my Fenix L1D CE today, very nice flashlight I must say. There store where I got it (a internet store in Denmark www.xtragrej.dk) had included the little Fenix L0D (not the CE version) for FREE!, they said they would include a small gift duo the L1D CE was not getting here on time as they promised, very nice service I must say :D.

I had to try this long awaited L1D CE against my little beauty LP-Mini, must say it is hard to beat the little beauty, don't think any that any other EDC flashlight will beat the bright LP-Mini (D-Mini), it is simply amazing. The L1D CE is though pretty bright as well, and duo to the smooth reflector, the beam is still pretty good (though still a notable ring surrounding the hotspot, not bad though).

Here is some pictures, enjoy :).

That's awesome info whc! One question, is the Lumapower M3 really 40 lux on low with 1 AA? Is that a misprint? If so, runtime should be 100+ hours...

The 40 lux low is right, it is very low with 1xAA.

Really nice light. Great beamshots; thanks.

I may need to get this light, or maybe the D-Mini. I guess it depends on whether I want to save the money or have a very unique light.

I noticed in your sig line you also have an AmiLite T5. If you had to choose one, which would you choose? (And lets make it a fair comparison by saying you had the D-Mini and not the special edition LP-Mini.)

Thanks for your thoughts...I was going to get the T5, but now I am thinking about geting the D-Mini instead.
