The
closest thing that can help you now is to play with this wonderful battery repart cost estimate. It shows the battery type once you hit the end.
Try it here. Be patient the website is kinda slow. Becareful when you enter the values. Some inferior battery manufacturers list their batteries higher capacity than the original equipment manufacturer. You will have to find the original battery pack official capacity specification for the EnergyTec estimate to work.
I have crack open numerous packs, and most of them contains 18650. A definite way of getting 17670 is to get the

I just cracked open another one just now! I am so surprised, I've got a Made in Japan, orange Panasonic 1500mAh 17670 cells. This is suppose to be inferior battery pack I got from ebay real cheap. This is getting very tempting right now to get all the cells out but this is suppose to be my laptop battery and it's so ugly now with screwdriver pry marks /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif.
