17mm boost driver?

Hello, Does anyone know of/if there is a boost driver that will take the output from a single 18650 3.7 Vdc and boost it up to 6 Vdc and still have a diameter of 17mm? I have been searching all my usual online shops but can't seem to find one. I want the driver to power a MTG-2 LED in a flashlight I am trying to put together.,

Any help would be great!

Anyone? Does such a driver with the input/output voltages and currents along with the dimensions required above simply not exist?
