I am getting a Quark 123² Turbo X and I want to know if I can run 18150 rechargables in It and which is better for heavy use

Do you mean 18650? Won't fit in 4seven lights, they've discontinued the 18650 tubes. People are using the 17670 though, it's a tight fit, might need to remove the label (don't remove the shrink wrap though). Yes it would be better to run single cell.

Oh sorry wrong one I was thinking of a different light when I was writing this I mean the 17670 I'm dyslexic so I might spell some things wrong

Here is my experience using a single AW 17670 cell in my 4Sevens Quark TurboX 123**2 flashlight.

As someone else has posted, this is a tight fit. I removed the label from the cell and used Goo Gone(TM) to clean up the exposed glue. The cell is still a tight fit but acceptable.

Id get a protected 17670 and use the low voltage head from a single cell or 2 AA quark it will be brighter
