18650 Battery Monitor?

Does anyone know a pretty reliable battery voltage monitor I could use with 18650 cells? I have tried looking a few times but without much luck.

I have a 4P battery holder now and I just want to be able to make sure not to drain them completely and test out any of the low voltage cut out safeties as I barrel down some hill at 40mph with my helmet light on low and front light blinking out.

You could maybe rig up something involving a Zener LED (with Vf around 3V) in parallel with the pack, mounted somewhere you can see.
