Hi all,

I own an Ultrafire charger and a 2 AW 2100mAh 18650s.

One has been used intermittently, fairly heavily through the winter as a bike light too. The other has been stored in a fridge for about 1 years at ~3.8V. I've owned both batteries for around 1.5 years.

Today, after letting the fridge battery warmed up, I put them both in my charger, they both started charging at 3.7-3.8V; 2.5 hours later, I've taken them off the charger (the lights were still red), the 'used' one is at 3.9V and the fridge battery is at 4.21V.

Is this due to battery wear? Internal resistance? Different charge rates on the cheapish charger?

I'd like to hear your thoughts,

Thanks.
