I use the match stick holders from Wally World with a littler bit of inslation under the cap. Not necessary but gives it a solid feel and stops any bouncing when in a pocket

In the USA, WalMart sells a matchstick holder for about a dollar. Perfect fit for a 18650 or two 123A's!

Unfortunately WalMart is not available in Poland.

No WalMart in Poland but you might find matchstick holders anywhere! It's a waterproof two piece threaded holder with a "O" ring seal.

Yes, I know how it looks like. In Poland we do not have camping or hiking tradition hence no suitable equipment. I'll try to find something similar.

As Manzerick says, John Willis make holsters for CR 123:

I'm pretty shure he would do the same for 18650 or whatever size you want.
I have a holster from him for my U2, the quality is very good.
