As you can tell this is my first post so bare with me. I just purchased

Heres where it gets scary to me, i purchased all this equipment before i had done any research on the cells or charger. I'm reading some of the horror stories and i'm a little freaked out. Is my current setup safe and can I expect my cells to blow up on me? please help me understand what to look for becuase i am very blind in this situation.
