I recall Pila cells having higher voltage. Is this the case?

If so, wouldn't there be a benefit to running Pila cells in a regulated light in that it would stay in regulation longer?

I've got a Romisen RC-T5 which can take 2 x 18650 or 3 x CR123A. If I ran 2 x Pila 300P, would it provide higher voltage to the driver than running 2 x 18650?

You don't have to use Pila cells. I use the Pila charger with AW, Ultrafire, and Tenergy 18650 cells.
