I've tried a few places, and even a couple of optometrists. I can't seem to be able to get a hold of a few flat glass lenses for my key chain flashlight mod shown here:

I looking for a few that are 11mm round X 1mm thick. Please post back if you have a source for this small size.

I made one, but it got some tiny chips in it, because I only had a mini belt sander to sand the edges down. Not the correct tool...
Thanks!

Thanks for the link! I did find a solution...

I had my wife cut out some 11mm 'mask' circles and used our sand blaster...

Reflector retrofit!

Sorry to jump on the thread...
I'm in the same boat but am looking for rectangular glass, about 40mm x 10mm. Anyone know if this is even available?
Thanks!

Flashlightlens.com is the real deal. If they don't have the size you need they will cut it for you. They understand lights. I have quite a few of their lenses and I have been very happy about all of my dealings with them. I've never heard a bad word about them.

Click this Otto Frei search link and type in: crystals. The results will contain links to bazillions of watch crystals in different sizes, shapes and a wide variety of materials.
