2aaa maglite mods?

O.k I cant stand it anymore. I told myself no more dim lights but I have seen the 2aaa mag and I just got to have one I want it as a keychain light to replace my dorcy 1aaa with a led and twelve volt mod. I want this to be incan. so is there a incan mod i can do to this light that will be just as bright? will the bulb in that light handle the mn23 battery? do I dare say to put a led in it? no I want it incan I have enough led lights for now and alot to be moded. so any ideas for incan?

extremely doubtful. 2 X aaa minilights are led territory. I would imagine any way you cut it an incan lamp is going to have horrible performance with the 2 X aaa battery set up. I'm still interested in the form factor of the aaa minimag though,..it's just...cute.(no, i'm not g**.)

would be costly but 2AAA lithium ion batteries and if you could find it a 6-8V small bipin bulb... be cheaper to just buy a brighter light these days than to mod any cheap incan lights much less than C or D format as there are more and more ready made high output small lights built in china etc for less than the cost of the price of the parts to mod the $8 lights up to their specs.

yeah love my triple a gunmetal mag, ive got the 1/2 watt terralux unit. makes the light useable rather than just sexy haha
