Hi all. New guy with dumb question.
I'm looking at buying a 2S2P holder for use with 4 protected 18650's. (I'm considering Redilast P18650-2900's)
I'm wondering if the holder needs a PCB module if the cells are protected? I was looking at this one.
I'm planning to charge them with a Pila.
I'll be using it with a Magicshine LED light.
