Has anyone else had a problem with their 30mw (or other) green laser from DX? I have a 5mw from them which works well, and a buddy of mine purchased the 30mw. I was amazed at the power of the 30 compared with the 5. The beam was much more visible and reached up to rain clouds.
So I ordered one and when it arrived it worked for 2 or 3 brief tests and then quit. I suspect it's in the switch but who knows?
Funny thing is that I heard that DX was having a problem with this model and I figured that might explain why there was such a delay in my receiving the unit. It took almost a month after ordering before it arrived.
I used the RMA request feature at their Website but after a week there was no response. So I then tried contacting customer support. Has anyone had any RMA experience with DX?
