3AA/1D or 6AA/2D battery holders?

So... I've searched the MP and every thread I found offering these is closed.

Where's a good source for some reasonably good quality parallel 3AA/1D battery holders?

I'm looking to replace the batteries in a seldom-used 2D Mag with lithium AAs (it stays in the vehicle and is really just for emergencies).
