I remember someone telling me about a photo battery I could take apart that had two 3v AA batteries inside. Anyone know what battery this is? Or any other source of 3-3.6 AA lithium (primary) batts? Or maybe 1.5v 1/2 AAs?

I think that's the CRV-3 battery. Expensive but I guess if you need the power/size combo...

Somebody will know this for sure, but I believe it is the Duracell CRV-3 (I know it is that battery, just not for sure which Manufacturer) that has 2 3V AA cells. Energizers have 2 1.5V cells in Parallel.

BatteryStation sells 3V AA cells in their lithium section.

Oh, sorry - yes it is the DURACELL CRV-3. I just bought one to use in a Micromag, and it is indeed 2 3V AA-size cells. Didn't know about that BatteryStation source, though - I'm gonna see if they're any cheaper over there.
