4200mah 18650 in the TK 15

Good morning all - I was wondering if anyone has tried these Tenergy brand 18650's 4200mAh batteries - they are flat top but because of the dual springs in the TK-15 that shouldn't be an issue - Also I am not sure that these are regulated. Here is the link...
