I have one of those yellow 12 volt emergency lights like about old navy ships, but I want to convert it to Led. Does anyone make a led replacement for the GE 4546-1?

This probably isn't the right forum to be asking in, LEP is a laser-based technology used to produce very narrow, intense beams.
To answer your question though, you just need a PAR36 lamp, there are tons available depending on your preference. Jay Moulding is an OEM of those emergency lights and they have their own, but it's probably one of the most expensive and least effective options http://www.jaymoulding.com/white_and_red_LED_retrofit_kits.html I've never contacted them about it so I don't know, just guessing.
