5-Mode Driver in 0.59 Inch ?

Im not sure if it was asked before, or if its in the right place here,
I have been looking for either a 3 mode, ( Low, medium, High) or a 5 mode Driver , that is 0.59 Inches, ( 15 millimeters) diameter, to fit in the Sipik SK68 hosts.
Im not havign much luck with finding that diameter size. :shrug:

Check out the converter boards at the sandwich shoppe. The GDuP Boost/Buck Converter HIGH output(3-level driver) is a bit expensive but seems capable for being so tiny. Should provide for a few hundred lumens.
