Would there be any issue in using a 5V power pack (like those used to charge the battery or extend the run time of a cell phone, tablet, etc.) as a power pack for a torch, headlamp, bike light, etc. that uses an 18650 or similar or 3-AAA's? I assume the power packs have a regulated 5V output. Many come with 1A or 2A usb connector ports. Some have multi-voltage outputs.
