500 lumen / continuously variable brightness with strobe.

Hello,

Please could someone recommend me a flashlight (or torch in the UK) that has the following features:

500 - 750 lumens with continuously variable brightness,

The ability to operate as in strobe mode at any given brightness.

I am looking for something that is well made (to last).
