I was wondering what simple maglite mods can be done on this old Incan. Any suggestions are appreciated? With all that juice I'd prefer over 300 lumens ;)
i don't know how so sauder ? Solder? Dang it's to early for me to think

is your mag in original\ unmolested condition?
how much you willing to spend?
are you interested in using rechargable cells, or you would like to keep it working on alkaline D cells?

It's all origional, its an old user, maybe 6/10 for shape. I'm open to ideas, preferably less than $150.
Im open to rechargeables, and I'm open to shipping it to someone or selling it if I can't find something fun to do with it
